The displayed price for each product includes applicable VAT but excludes shipping fees, which will be added at checkout and shown in full before the order is confirmed. For Gold & Diamonds items where the price depends on the features of the center stone (carat/cut), this will be clearly stated on the product page, and a final price will be provided via a personal quote before the order is confirmed.
Legal Capacity
Use of the Site is permitted only for those legally capable of entering binding agreements, with an active email address and a valid payment method. Minors under 18 require parental/guardian approval.
Products
ORA jewelry is made from 925 silver, 14K gold-plated brass, freshwater pearls, natural stones, zircons, and Swarovski crystals – and, in the Gold & Diamonds line, from 14k gold and diamonds, with a GIA certificate for every stone. Product images are for illustration only.
Health Disclaimer
The Brand is not liable for damage arising from the use of the jewelry, including material sensitivities, allergies, or skin reactions. Customers must confirm they have no sensitivity to the materials before purchasing.
Orders & Payment
Accurate, complete details are required to complete a purchase. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. The Brand may decline or cancel an order at its sole discretion.
Delivery
Accuracy of shipping details is the customer’s responsibility. Discrepancies should be reported within two weeks of receipt.
Custom Design & Custom Sizing
Items ordered through Custom Design or in a custom size are non-cancellable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Cancellations & Exchanges

Product Warranty

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logo, and images on the Site are the sole property of Or Yaniv. No copying, reproduction, or use is permitted without prior written consent.

The Site is PCI DSS compliant and works with a secure payment processor. Payment details are not stored on the Site.
Marketing Communications
By purchasing on the Site, the customer consents to receiving promotional messages. Opt-out requests are honored within 7 business days.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the Haifa District.
